Casey Obstfeld, LPCMH
Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health
Founder
Originally from New York, I moved to Delaware in 2014 with a plan to continue my experience and training within the mental health field. Shortly after moving, I experienced a major life change which impacted my life and my career path. After taking several brief periods of not working within the mental health field, I decided to start a small private practice in 2018.

Megan Pennington, M.A
Mental Health Counselor
After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology at Messiah University in 2018, I worked at a variety of mental health practices, which included inpatient and outpatient settings, in Delaware and Colorado. Within these practices, I worked as a Mental Health Associate, Administrative Assistant, and Case Manager.

Matthew Holden, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Choosing to begin therapy is not an easy decision. It is fraught with uncertainty, doubt, and trepidation. My primary aim is to initially establish a therapeutic rapport from which we can build a lasting, working relationship. I am an active listener who relies on a variety of treatment modalities to help diminish the rate and severity of experienced symptoms.

Catherine Devaney, LMFT, LCDP
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional
After working for almost 40 years in the public mental health and substance use treatment field, much of it as a manager, I decided in 2016 to focus on the direct delivery of psychotherapy. My primary interests are in working with individuals and families who have experienced or are currently struggling with relationship issues, trauma, and/or substance use, including codependency.
