Psychotherapist ​

We are currently seeking an experienced licensed therapist (LPCMH, LCSW, or LMFT) to join the ECW team! The ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated, inquisitive, professional, and demonstrates a passion about their work. We are looking for someone who is excited to grow clinically, collaborate closely with their peers, and able to find a work-home balance through prioritizing their own self-care.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, or families.

• Provide psychotherapy using modalities such as: EMDR, Ego State Therapy, TF-CBT, IFS, DBT, Somatic Therapy, Experiential models, etc.

• Incorporate a mind-body approach to promote holistic healing and trauma informed care.

• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and coding standards.

• Maintain chart documentation using EHR according to regulatory and payer requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling. 

• Licensure within the State of Delaware

Experience or Interest in: ​

• Using a trauma-informed approach when working with children, adolescents and families.

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting.

Engaging in both counseling and bodywork can support one's healing process and effectively bridge the gap between mind, body and spirit, Therefore, we are seeking individuals who can add to our wellness services.   Some of these services would include,  Reiki/Energy Work, Sound Therapy, Trauma -Informed Yoga, and wellness workshops.
