We are a growing, relationship-centered mental health practice in North Wilmington, and we are excited to welcome a compassionate, motivated Licensed Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy (with opportunities for couples, families, or groups, if desired) to a diverse client population using an attachment-informed approach
Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Incorporate mind–body approaches to support holistic healing
Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff as needed
Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and confidentiality laws
Participate in supervision, optional case consultations, team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Active, unrestricted Delaware license (LPCMH, LCSW, or LMFT)
Pre-licensed individuals are welcome to apply (LACMH)
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology
Experience providing psychotherapy (private practice, clinic, or agency experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a team
Clinical interests may include anxiety, depression, trauma, couples therapy, children/adolescents, or substance use
Experience with or strong interest in trauma-informed modalities

We are seeking practitioners who can enhance our wellness services and help bridge the connection between mind, body, and spirit. We would love to expand our wellness offerings to include services such as Reiki/energy work, sound therapy, and somatic experiencing, creating additional pathways for our clients to feel grounded, supported, and whole.
