  • We move at a pace that feels supportive, with clear communication , and with the option to pause or adjust at any time.

  • Over time, massage can offer a reduction in pain and muscle tension, improved flexibility and mobility, support immune function, and a greater sense of physical relaxation and reduced stress.

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and undress only to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped throughout your session, and your comfort, safety, and choice are always prioritized.

  • Session rates vary based on length and service. Current pricing is listed below:

    A 90-minute massage session is $140.

    A 60-minute massage session is $100.

  • Massage therapy is typically a self-pay service. If you have questions about reimbursement or documentation, we’re happy to discuss options that may be available.

  • We accept checks, FSA, HSA, and all major credit cards.

    If you prefer to pay cash, we do ask exact change only.
