Colby Ball, LACMH

Licensed Associate Counselor of Mental Health

My work is grounded in person-centered and multicultural principles. I tailor each session to my client’s unique experiences, values, and goals, often pulling from ACT, IFS, gestalt, psychodynamic, liberation psychotherapy, and emotion-focused therapies and techniques in my work.

I bring warmth, openness, compassion, and curiosity to every session, collaborating with clients to build trust, safety, and genuine connection. I am committed to providing affirming care to all, including fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Outside of session, I embrace creativity and self-care (very on brand for a Gemini). You can often find me baking elaborate treats, spending time with friends, gaming, crocheting, reading, making art, or enjoying the outdoors. I believe creativity and rest are essential parts of a balanced, fulfilling life.
