Laura Parker, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
My work draws from a range of gentle and effective modalities—including myofascial release, stretching, craniosacral and connective tissue techniques—to support pain relief, improved movement, and nervous system regulation. This slow, mindful approach allows access to deeper tissues without excessive pressure, supporting lasting change while prioritizing comfort, safety, and ease.
In my free time, I love being outdoors—especially hiking and spending time in nature—as well as crafting, dancing, and traveling. I enjoy combining travel with teaching continuing education and have had the opportunity to teach in places like Iceland, Costa Rica, Hawaii, and Alaska. Along with my two adult children, I teach CPR for the American Red Cross and American Heart Association. I’m always learning new things and believe that education and having a sense of choice and agency are an important part of overall wellness.
