Megan Pennington, M.A.
Mental Health Counselor
My goal is to offer a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and able to move at a pace that feels right for them. I approach my work with care and curiosity, supporting client choice and autonomy throughout the therapeutic process.
I use EMDR to gently support clients in reprocessing experiences that continue to impact present-day functioning. I have training in Ego State Therapy and plan to pursue additional training in Clinical Hypnosis.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as doing different hobbies like ice skating, knitting, reading, and walking. I especially enjoy trying new activities that involve creativity and design!
